A better way to test complex web apps and microservices. Squash provides a unique testing URL (staging/dev/QA and feature branches) for each branch of code so you can test your changes in full isolation. Each test environment runs on its own VM with your full stack (database, caching, web server, etc).
Works with any web apps & tech stack that can run in a linux server. Build your app with Docker, docker-compose or define the build process within a Squash YAML file.
Squash brings a critical layer of automation to your development process, making dev and QA teams more efficient. More automation means faster and more efficient release cycles.
Squash has native integration with Slack and a long list of powerful features such as:
- Automatic PR comments. Squash automatically posts one or more testing URLs on each Pull Request
- Assets storage so you can easily load db dumps, product pictures, etc
- Microservices friendly
- Auto-Shutdown Policies to reduce server waste
- Persistent Storage: keep your data intact between runs
- Built-in Docker Registry for apps using docker
